Inclusion Criteria
1. H. pylori positive peptic ulcers including scar
2. H. pylori positive low grade mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (B cell type) of stomach
3. H. pylori positive early gastric adenocarcinoma after endoscopic resection
Exclusion Criteria
1. Previous history of H. pylori eradiation
2. Severe hepatopathy, nephropathy, cardiac diseases, lung diseases and other systemic diseases
3. Pregnant patients and a possiblity of pregnancy during study period
4. When investigators decided that the patients are inadequate for this study
