Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) physical status class I and II.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •Gastroesophageal reflux disease and history of peptic ulcer.
- •Renal or hepatic impairment.
- •Reconstructive breast surgery, re\-do surgery or previous mastectomy of the other breast.
- •Coagulopthies
- •Body Mass Index \> 35 kg/m2\.
- •Immunosuppressive therapy and immune disorders.
- •Metastasis, radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery.
- •Patients with a psychiatric disorder.
- •History of allergy to local anaesthetics.
