Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) physical status class I and II.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient refusal
  • •Gastroesophageal reflux disease and history of peptic ulcer.
  • •Renal or hepatic impairment.
  • •Reconstructive breast surgery, re\-do surgery or previous mastectomy of the other breast.
  • •Coagulopthies
  • •Body Mass Index \> 35 kg/m2\.
  • •Immunosuppressive therapy and immune disorders.
  • •Metastasis, radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery.
  • •Patients with a psychiatric disorder.
  • •History of allergy to local anaesthetics.
