- •ASA grade I \& II posted for underlying lap surgeries
- •Cholecystectomy
- •Appendicectomy
- •Diagnostic Lap
- •Who can understand \& express pain
Exclusion Criteria
- •Hepatic \& renal insufficiency
- •Allergy to local anesthetic agent
- •consent refusal
- •asa 3 and 4
- •age \>70 years
