Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients posted for thoracic or lumbar spine surgery involving2\-4 intervertebral spaces
- •Elective or emergency case
- •Patient able to grade severity of pain
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients posted for thoracic or lumbar spine surgery involving more than 4 or less than 2 intervertebral spaces
- •Patients having allergy to the study drugs
- •Pregnant women
- •Patients with cad
- •Patients with renal/hepatic insufficiency
- •Patients with psychiatriy disorders
