1. Coronary artery bypass graft surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass.
2. Aged at least 18 years.
1. Involve aortic surgery.
2. Emergency surgery.
3. Prior sternotomy.
4. Prior expose contrast agent within 72 hr preoperative
5. Off-pump CABG converted to on-pump CABG
6. Preoperative serum creatinine more than or equal to 2 mg/dL., need preoperative dialysis or prior kidney transplant.
7. Preoperative ECMO or Need post-op ECMO in 7 days after surgery
8. Died within 7 days postoperative
9. Incomplete data collection
