Inclusion Criteria
All patients with Liver Cirrhosis
Sarcopenia
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with hepatic encephalopathy (grade= II according to the WestHaven Grading System).
Uncontrolled esophageal varices bleeding.
Refractory ascites.
Malignancy.
Patients with HPS or Portopulmonary Syndrome
Severe renal dysfunction (estimated glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml/min/1.73 m2).
Severe cardiac disease, history of gastrectomy.
Patients with Neurological Disorders
Previous poor compliance with pharmacologic treatment or nutritional counseling before initiating the trial supplement.
Patients with a history of hepatocellular carcinoma.
