Inclusion Criteria
1.Male neonates with antenatal/postnatal diagnosis of posterior urethral valves
2.Children less than 14 years with newly diagnosed PUV.
3.Neonates and children less than 14 years who have undergone PUV ablation within 3 months before reporting to the two study centres.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Neonates and children with associated with associated anorectal anomalies.
2.Children who underwent bladder/spine/pelvic surgeries.
3.Parents unwilling to participate in the surgery
