Inclusion Criteria

20-45 years
-Written declaration of consent
-Men
-Non-smoker
-No chronic drug treatment
-BMI 25-30 kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

- Female subjects, due to the effect of cycle-related fluctuations on satiety
hormones
- Smoker
- Current participation in another intervention study
- Diseases affecting nutrient absorption, digestive function, metabolism or
excretion
- Acute infectious diseases
- Chronic illnesses according to medical history (e.g. hepatitis B and C,
diabetes mellitus)
- Gastrointestinal complaints
- History of diverticulosis, constipation
- Intolerance or allergy to any component of the intervention

Primary Outcome Measures

Determination of the subjects' subjective feeling of hunger before and after administration of the hydrolysates in each intervention arm by using visual analogue scales.<br>
