Inclusion Criteria

(1) Patients with colorectal cancer met the above diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and were comfirmed by colonoscopy or pathology;
(2) 18=age=75 years old, male or female;
(3) Those who have clear surgical indications and can be treated surgically;
(4) Those who have not undergone major organ surgery within six months;
(5) Tose who have not received radiotherapy or neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery;
(6) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Patients with severe diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system;
(2) Patients with mental illness unable to cooperate to complete the research;
(3) Complicated with diseases affecting gastrointestinal function such as constipation or irritable bowel syndrome;
(4) Those with incomplete clinical case data.
