1. Those patients diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation: lumbar pain, numbness, pain and other clinical symptoms, lumbar anteroposterior and lateral X-ray, lumbar CT scan + three-dimensional reconstruction and lumbar MRI examination all indicated lumbar disc herniation;
2. Patients with symptoms and signs of nerve root compression;
3. Patients with stable vital signs, no serious medical diseases, no coagulation dysfunction;
4. Patients who have no response to non-surgical treatment for at least 3 months and whose symptoms are not relieved;
5. Patients with strong compliance voluntarily sign relevant informed consent.
1. Patients with severe underlying diseases, such as heart failure and acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;
2. Patients with a history of mental illness;
3. Patients with bony spinal stenosis or severe posterior longitudinal ligament calcification;
4. Patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis or instability;
5. Patients with simple discogenic low back pain or lumbar spinal stenosis as the main symptom;
6. Patients with infection, tuberculosis or space occupying lesions;
7. Patients with poor compliance and not active functional exercise.
