1Patients having clinical features of cervical spondylosis
2Age group - 18-70 years
3Patient eligible for Nasya
4Patients willing to accept the participation in the clinical trial
1Age below 18 years and above 70 years.
2Associated conditions like fibrositis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis etc.
3Patients with uncontrolled DM (RBS > 200 mg/dl), HTN (160/100 mm Hg), T.B of cervical spine, nasal polyps, serious psychiatric or somatic disease.
4Pregnant and lactating mothers.
5Patients not suitable for Nasya.
6Patients with any previous cervical fracture or cervical spine surgery.
7Patients having signs of myelopathy, infection, active cancer.
8Patients having Grade 4 changes as per Kellgren and Lawrence Scale.
