Inclusion Criteria

(1)Patients diagnosed with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG), primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG), or secondary glaucoma (SG) at the Hangzhou Branch of Eye and Optometry Hospital, Affiliated with Wenzhou Medical University;(2)Patients voluntarily opting for ab externo XEN gel stent implantation surgery, and having no prior history of XEN gel stent implantation;(3)Patients undergoing regular follow-up visits postoperatively, with the last follow-up occurring at least 1 year after the surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

(1)Patients with active ocular diseases (such as keratitis, retinal disorders, etc.) within one month before surgery;(2)Preoperative assessment indicating anterior chamber depth <2mm;(3)History of allergy to glutaraldehyde or porcine derivatives;(4)Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding;(5) Patients with severe physical or mental health issues, such as end-stage heart disease, kidney disease, pulmonary disease, or advanced tumors;(6) Non-compliance with signing the informed consent form for the study.
