Inclusion Criteria

Patient hospitalization in ICU
Age between 20 and 85
Diagnosis of ventilator pneumonia for the patient
Diagnosis of colistin sensetive Acinetobacter baumannii
Patient satisfaction

Exclusion Criteria

Diagnosis Another concomitant disease
The patient died before the response
Start treatment of acinetobacter
