Inclusion Criteria
All eligible consecutive consenting adult patients aged 18-80 years undergoing neurosurgeries (both craniotomies and spine surgeries)
Cases- patients with previous covid 19 infection
Matched controls- NO previous covid infection (matched for age, gender and diagnosis
Exclusion Criteria
Patients aged < 18 years
