All ASA -1,II patient of 18-65 age group who are voluntry kidney donor under GA with laparoscopic donor nephrectomy and who given consent and ready to be part of this study.
obesity, incisions that extended above the umbilicus (hypothesized that the study population had a larger variation in â??surgical insult;â?? that is, some cases involved more organ manipulation and dissection resulting in more visceral pain, for which TAP blocks would be less effective than those for parietal/incisional pain), allergy to drug, failure to give consent, coagulopathy, infection or skin diseases at block site.
