Inclusion Criteria

sceduled cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass

Exclusion Criteria

combined surgery, emergency surgery, chronic renal disease (GFR < 60 ml/min), liver cirrhosis with hepatic encephalopathy, preexistent psychiatric disease (dementia, schizophrenia, depression), pulmonary arterial hypertension, severe cognitive decline (MMSE < 24), preoperative hemoglobin level < 10g/dl
