Inclusion Criteria
Premature infants from 25+0 SSW
- Premature infants up to 30+0 SSW
- Consent of the guardians to participate in the study
- Inclusion in the study before completion of the 48th hour of life
- Extubation before completed 48th hour of life
Exclusion Criteria
- Intubated beyond the 48th hour of life
- Intubation or re-tubation for more than 4 days after the start of the study

- Cerebral hemorrhages III°
- Orofacial malformations

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Duration until complete oral nutrition (independent drinking of all meals over 24 h) in days from birth
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Time to complete enteral nutrition (day of life with > 140 ml/kg/d of enteral feeds for 3 days) in days from birth, proportion of enteral feeds in total fluid on day 10, discharge weight and length of hospital stay, breastfeeding in the last 24 h before discharge, day of life on which 2/3 of total fluid (1/6 of bw) is consumed.
