Inclusion Criteria
(1) patients undergoing elective laparotomic gynecologic surgery
(2) ASA classification I - III adult patient
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Patients with unstable vital signs
(2) patients with central nervous system disease
(3) patients with coagulation disorders or taking anticoagulants
(4) Patients with impaired liver or renal function
(5) Patients allergic to drugs
(6) patients with difficulty in communication
(7) Patients who disagree to participate in the study
