Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with hip fracture
  • •ASA Grade I \-III

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patient refusal
  • •2\. Allergy to study medication
  • •3\. Inguinal pathologies (local Infection, herniation, neoplasm)
  • •4\. Coagulopathy
  • •5\. Psychological disorders
  • •6\. BMI \> 35
  • •7\. Patients with cardiopulmonary disease, hepatic or renal disorders.
  • •8\. Septic arthritis
  • •9\. H/o femoral bypass grafting
