Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with hip fracture
- •ASA Grade I \-III
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal
- •2\. Allergy to study medication
- •3\. Inguinal pathologies (local Infection, herniation, neoplasm)
- •4\. Coagulopathy
- •5\. Psychological disorders
- •6\. BMI \> 35
- •7\. Patients with cardiopulmonary disease, hepatic or renal disorders.
- •8\. Septic arthritis
- •9\. H/o femoral bypass grafting
