Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients belonging to ASA class I,II and III
- •2\)Patient who has given informed consent
- •3\)Patients undergoing elective hip fracture surgeries under spinal anesthesia
- •4\)weight:\-BMI \<29\.9 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients with hepatic, heart , endocrine and renal diseases
- •2\)Patients with history of coagulopathy
- •3\)patients with infection at site of block
- •4\)Patients with neuropsychiatric disorders
- •5\)Patients refusal
- •6\)Patients with multiple drug allergies
- •7\)All emergency surgical procedures
- •8\)All pregnant and lactating females
- •9\)Patients with inability to comprehend VAS scores
