- •Inclusion – Doctors working in Royal North Shore Emergency Department

- •Patients - Exclusion – medically unstable (as deemed by treating physician), non-English speaking (unless translated by caregiver present), cognitive impairment (unless primary caregiver present and consents to participate in survey)
