Inclusion Criteria
1) At least 18 yeras old.
2) Medical / nursing / therapeutic specialist.
3) Employed at the MVZ Präventikum or active in a cooperating institution.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Specialists who are not employed or not cooperate with the MVZ Präventikum.
2) Lack of medical / nursing / therapeutic education.

Name Time Method The aim of this research is to present the attitudes and experiences of palliative-medical persons with regard to the topic of active euthanasia and assisted suicide. A further relevant aim is to show the attitude of the palliative medicine specialists with regard to the new legal situation.
