Inclusion Criteria
All adults over 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
1.Altered sensorium (GCS <10)
2.Not able to protect airways
3.Nasal obstruction (anatomical, does not include RT)
4.Patient Refusal
5.Unstable hemodynamics like double vasopressors support, intractable arrhythmias
6.Respiratory arrest
7.Facial injury
8.Recent upper gastrointestinal or oropharyngeal surgery
9.Epistaxis
10.Base of skull fracture
11.12. Any contraindication to CPAP
