Inclusion Criteria
Acute kidney injury which needs renal replacement therapy
Circulatory Shock which requires one pressor & requires ultrafiltration
Mean arterial pressure (MAP) of at least 70 mmHg at the start of SLED
Exclusion Criteria
1.Known chronic kidney disease or shrunken kidneys on ultrasonography
2.Chronic kidney disease dialyzed before
3.Had received oral antihypertensives within 24 hours of onset of shock
4.Current Pregnancy
