(1) Patients aged 18â??75 years.
(2) Scheduled for simple extraction of between 1â??3 teeth.
(3) ASA I or II patients (American Society of Anesthesiologist).
(4) Where the patient was able to understand and co-operate with the requirements of the protocol and was able and willing to exercise an appropriate written informed consent.
(1) If patients need more than three teeth extraction, surgical extractions, nonadjacent multiple teeth extraction
(2) Patients who were too distressed or upset to be approached and have language barriers.
(3) Patients who are unwilling to participate and give informed consent.
