Module A:
(1) State-approved physiotherapist in Germany,
(2) Currently treating stroke patients in outpatient setting
(3) Treating at least 5 stroke patients per year in an outpatient setting;
Module B:
(1) Physiotherapists who have completed vocational training in Germany, Austria and Switzerland,
(2) Treatment of at least 5 stroke patients per year in an outpatient setting.
Module A: Participants of the expert interviews and pilot tests were excluded.
Module B: Physiotherapists who teach in physical therapy educational programs were excluded, because they might have an increased understanding of evidence-based practice which in turn would influence the understandibility of the EPIC scale.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Module A: Primary outcome will be current practice patterns and perceived competencies relating to physical therapy post stroke. Secondary outcomes include resources at work and barriers and facilitators for best practice. (period: 01/2018-06/2018).
