Inclusion Criteria
1.Normal healthy patients (according to ASA grade1 classification).
2.Bilateral extractions.
3.Non-infected tooth.
4.Patients who would not be requiring antibiotics post-extraction.
5.Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
6.Patients having satisfactory oral hygiene and not using any medication or any oral antiseptic solution.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with systemic disease.
2.Pregnant women and lactating women.
3.Patient under antibiotics.
