Patients undergoing elective endoscopic or robot thyroidectomy under general anesthesia
patients who correspond to American Society of Anesthesiologists 1,2
patients who have informed consent of study
patients who had previous operation of neck, larynx, pharynx area
patients having sore thorat, cough before surgery
patients previously intubated with double-lumen tube
patients who have difficult airway or repetitive intubation
patients who do not understand or express numeric rating scale
