-To determine the tissue viability between slow freezing and vitrification for ovarian tissue cryopreservation. -To assess the subsequent oocyte viability and morphologic integrity of the ovarian tissue from the two different methods. -To determine any factors that may affect the success rate of ovarian tissue cryopreservation.

入选标准
- •Young cancer patients need immediate gonadotoxic treatment for their cancer;
- •Young women confirmed with premature ovarian failure (POF).
排除标准
- •History of psychological/psychiatric problem;
- •Patient refusal;
- •Clinically sepsis;
- •Congenital malformation;
- •Chromosome abnormality;
- •Confirm with malignant cells.
