Inclusion Criteria

age range from 30 to 60 years old of age, using oral hypoglycemic medication only (insulin injection not included) and unchanged oral hypoglycemic medication 1 month, HbA1c more than 7.5% in the past 6 months and able to attend all the project activity.

Exclusion Criteria

changes oral hypoglycemic medication to insulin injection, critical illness, steroidal usages, smoking or alcohol drinking and join other project that effect on blood glucose level.
