school aged children between 6 and 12 years diagnosed with hemiplegic CP, mild or no difficulty understanding commands, ability to communicate age appropriately or with some difficulty (but a new listener can understand), no uncorrected vision, hearing without the need of a hearing aid, no history of surgical procedures in last 6 months, no history of Botox treatment in last 3 months, Manual Ability Classification System (MACS) score I-III, Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) I-III, and willingness to participate
mixed or other types of CP, cognitive impairment to an extent that defers understanding of commands, epilepsy, severe visual and/or auditory deficit, and enrolment in other clinical trial

Name Time Method a) 9 hole peg test- Time taken to put 9 pegs by affected upper extremity (hemiplegic side) in pegboard will be measured using stop watch <br/ ><br>b) Box and blocks test- The number of blocks (out of 150 blocks) transferred in one minute from one section of box to another will be countedTimepoint: Measurements will be taken pre intervention and post intervention (after 6 weeks) and will be compared using statistical analysis by SPSS software
