Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients of 18\-65 years of age of either gender
- •2\. American Society of Anaesthetist Physical Status I\-II
- •3\. Patients undergoing elective pneumonectomy, lobectomy or bilobectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Refusal of consent
- •2\. Patients already consuming morphine or fentanyl for analgesia
- •3\. Contraindications of neuraxial anaesthesia
- •4\. Renal or liver failure inhibiting the systematic use of paracetamol and/ or NSAIDs
- •6\. Sensitivity to either of the trial drugs
- •7\. Cognitive impairment
- •8\. Not able to understand numerical rating pain scale (NRS) or QoR\-15 questionnaire
