Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients of 18-65 years of age of either gender
2. American Society of Anaesthetist Physical Status I-II
3. Patients undergoing elective pneumonectomy, lobectomy or bilobectomy
Exclusion Criteria
1. Refusal of consent
2. Patients already consuming morphine or fentanyl for analgesia
3. Contraindications of neuraxial anaesthesia
4. Renal or liver failure inhibiting the systematic use of paracetamol and/ or NSAIDs
6. Sensitivity to either of the trial drugs
7. Cognitive impairment
8. Not able to understand numerical rating pain scale (NRS) or QoR-15 questionnaire
