Inclusion Criteria
1. Biopsy proven adenocarcinoma prostate
2. Age < 75 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Other histologies of Prostate carcinoma.
2. Claustrophobia or absolute contraindications for MRI.
3. Patients with impaired renal function / other absolute contraindications for i.v contrast

Name Time Method diagnostic accuracy of 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT scan in the initial staging work up of patients with prostate adenocarcinoma compared with a gold standard comprising MRI pelvis, 99mTc MDP bone scan and CECT abdomen.Timepoint: from july first 2016 to first july 2018

To compare the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing pelvic bone metastasis in patients with prostate adenocarcinoma using 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT scan against MRI pelvis against 99mTc MDP bone scan. <br/ ><br>2. To compare the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing soft tissue, lymph nodal and bony metastasis in patients with prostate adenocarcinoma using 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT scan against 68Ga-PSMA PET/NCCT. <br/ ><br>3. Usefulness of delayed imaging in detection of pelvic lymph nodal metastasis. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 2 years
