patients undergoing nipple sparing or skin sparing mastectomy with direct to implant operation
Previous history of breast conserving surgery or radiation therapy, immediate postoperative complication leading to implant removal, those who are under 19 or over 70, chronic disease, rheumatoid disease or musculoskeletal disease history of the shoulder, severe congestive heart failure, high risk bleeding tendency, possibility of pregnancy, patients undergoing concurrent contralateral augmentation mammoplasty or reduction mammoplasty
