Inclusion Criteria
Age 1-4 years.
Primary hypospadias repair in one stage, including midshaft, and distal repairs.
Exclusion Criteria
? Congnitive impairement
? Previous hypospadias operations.
? Staged hypospadias repair operations.
? Infection at the block site.
? Refusal of consent by the parents.
? The previous history of allergy to the drugs used.
? Duration of surgery >150min.
