入选标准
- •1. Patients aged 18-85 years old undergoing shoulder surgery in beach chair position
- •2. American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status class 1-3
- •3. Patients are anesthetized with general anesthesia and interscalence block
- •4. Elective surgery
排除标准
- •1. Patient denies
- •2. Can not perform a cognitive test
- •3. Unable to apply Cerebral oximetry probe and Bispectral index probe
- •4. Can not anesthetize with interscalene block and general anesthesia with endotracheal tube
- •5. Had pre-existing neurological disease
- •6. Had pre-existing carotid disease
- •7. Anemia with hemoglobin less than 7 milligrams per deciliter
