Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients (aged between 18 and 60y) of either sex and American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or II, undergoing any surgery of more than 2h duration under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation will be recruited in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patientsâ?? refusal
- •2\.Pregnancy
- •3\.Patients undergoing emergency surgery.
- •4\.Patients with any pre\-existing lung diseases
- •5\.Patients with any pre\-existing neurological diseases
- •6\.Patients with peripheral vascular diseases
