Inclusion Criteria
age 15-60 years, incision site between 3 and10 centimeters
Exclusion criteria: having skin disease or metabolic disorders, drug addiction, presence of fracture or dislocation with soft tissue damage, contraindication to morphine use, presence of diabetes, soft tissue damage on other parts of the body except for lower and upper extremities

Name Time Method Pain severity. Timepoint: 3 -10 - 24 hours after operation. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.;Use of analgesics after operation. Timepoint: during admission. Method of measurement: the number of doses of narcotics that is used during admission.

Name Time Method Surgical complications. Timepoint: Duration admission. Method of measurement: physical examination, laboratory findings.;Hospital bedridden time. Timepoint: At discharge. Method of measurement: the number of days that the patient is bedridden.
