Inclusion Criteria
All the participants in this study are those patients who are more than 18 years of age of both genders posted for elective surgery which require Right IJV cannulation in OT and ICU.
Exclusion Criteria
Neck deformity.
Local sepsis in neck
History of iv drug abuse .
History of Right IJV thrombosis (seen in USG).
Coagulopathy .
Recent trauma or surgery to the neck area.
History of IJV insertion on the same side.
