Postmenopausal women with urinary tract symptoms (frequency or urgency or dysuria or nocturia or stress urinary incontinence or urgency urinary incontinence)
Previous vaginal or urethral surgery or hysterectomy, Pelvic organs prolapsed stage 3-4, History of endometrial hyperplasia or cancer, History of breast cancer, Undiagnosed AUB, Allergic reaction to vaginal tablet, History of vaginal estrogen or systemic estrogen use in previous month, History of muscarinic antagonist or beta-3 adrenergic agonist in previous month, Currently using the vaginal pessary, BMI exceeding 25 kg/m*m, Cannot understand Thai language, Deny participation
