Inclusion Criteria
Patients with skeletal class III malocclusion due to mandibular prognathism.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients with class III malocclusion due to hypoplastic or retrognathic maxilla,
2) Patients who are not willing to be a part of the study,
3) Patients in whom bijaw orthognathic surgical procedure is planned.
3) Patients with TMJ disorders, orofacial pain of idiopathic origin and neuralgias,
4) Patients with psychiatric problems.
5) Patients with unrealistic expectations
