入选标准
- •Asthma (Any of the following criteria)?
- •-Bronchodilator response (+): FEV1(Forced Expiratory Volume in the first second) increase >12% and 200 mL
- •-FEV1 (forced expiratory volume 1) variation (>12% and 200 ml) with or without treatment >12% and 200 mL
- •-Airway hyperresponsiveness (+) to methacholine or mannitol provocation
排除标准
- •1. Severe medical condition (life expectancy <3 years) and current cancer 2. Severe psychiatric diseases 3. Other active airway or pulmonary (tuberculosis etc) 4. Recent exacerbation (within 3 months) 5. =40 Pack Year smoker in order to exclude COPD 6. Usage of drugs below 1 month ?:Antibiotics, antifungal agents, antiviral repellents Steroids: oral, intravenous, intramuscular that can activate inhibit the immune system: cytokines, methotrexate, anticancer drug) 7. Food: probiotics, prebiotics>
