Inclusion Criteria
female, age of 19 to 70
American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-?
patients who undergo gynecological laparoscopic surgical procedures in general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
high risk of aspiration (hiatus hernia, gastro-esophageal reflux disease, non-fasting status),
difficult airway (limitation of mouth opening, limitation of cervical flexion and extension, Mallampati class IV),
extremely obese (BMI>35 kg/m2),
medical history of gastrectomy
