U/D Bleeding disorder , ischemic heart disease , malignancy
Hx. DVT / Pulmonary embolism
preoperative anticoagulation therapy
abnormal coagulation profile
renal disorder or insufficiency,
allergy to local anesthetics/TXA
revision case
