Inclusion Criteria
1. Unilateral distal femur fracture
2. Operative management
3. Age between 20 to 65 years old
4. Closed fracture
Exclusion Criteria
1. Bleeding disorders
2. Serum platelet count less than 150000 per cmm
3. Coagulopathy
4. Venous thrombosis
5. Allergic to Tranexamic Acid
6. Multiple injuries
7. Concomitant vascular injuries
8. Cerebral concussion
9. History of taking anticoagulants
10. Pregnancy
