入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Women with PCOS diagnosed by Rotterdam criteria.
- •2.Aged between 18-49 years
- •3. Patients who are willing to provide written informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with hormonal disorders, autoimmune diseases, cancer, diabetes mellitus.
- •2. Pregnancy and lactating females.
- •3. Hyperprolactinemia.
- •4. Patients taking OCPs, antioxidants, multivitamin mineral oils, statins, Anti TNF drugs, glucocorticoids (any intervention that could alter insulin sensitivity, inflammation, or oxidative stress status).
- •5. Overt infections.
- •6. Women presenting with Infertility.
