patients between 30-80 years
ASA 1-3
spondylolystesis with spinal fusion and instrumentation

Exclusion Criteria

mental illness
drug addiction
renal or hepatic insufficiency
spondylodiscitis
neurological deficits
known allergy to local anesthetics
