- •WHZ less than or equal to -2
- •MUAC <12.5cm
- •bipedal edema
排除标准
- •Children currently involved in another research trial or feeding program
- •Neurodevelopmental issues, congenital anomalies
- •Unstable severe malnutrition (SAM) requiring Hospitalization (WHZ score < -3 or kwashiorkor)
- •Requiring admission to hospital in the opinion of clinician
- •Parents or caretaker not giving consent or ready to follow study instructions
- •Serious medical conditions which poses risk to the subjectâ??s life
- •History of allergy to key ingredients of the nutrition supplement
- •Other systemic disease affecting growth
