Critically ill children with sepsis as per Sepsis-3 definition
Exclusion Criteria
Enteral feed intolerance as defined
Gastrointestinal disease(Ileus,Bleeding,Perforation)
On Renal replacement therapy(RRT)
Known case of Chronic renal failure
known case of Acute liver failure
