- •Informed written consent for the
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologist
- •physical status II-III
- •Age between 18-75 years male

- •BMI > 35kg/m2
- •History of glaucoma, Retinal detachment
- •History of ocular surgery
- •History of Neurological disease
- •-transient ischemic attack
- •-carotid disease
- •-raised ICP
- •-cerebral edema
- •Hemodynamic instability
